Find the Cover/ Coversuch Challenge 2012
Now I’ve found again another challenge which is about the book covers and because I’m always very interested in the covers, so I thought this is the perfect challenge for me! 🙂
The Idea for the challenge got Bookcrazy from Goodreads, but unfortunately she doesn’t have a blog which host the challenge. 😦
Habe nun wieder eine neue Challenge entdeckt die sich mit den Buchcovern beschäftigt, und da ich sowieso oft nur nach den Covern gehe, ist diese Challenge perfekt für mich! 🙂
Die Idee dazu hatte Bookcrazy von Goodreads, aber leider hat sie keinen Blog der es hostet. 😦

What is the challenge about?
For every letter in the word ‘2012’ you should find an item on the cover. You can choose the books from all genres, but only 1 cover for 1 letter. And you can of course also use books you’ve already used for other challenges. Period: 01.01.2012 – 31.12.2012; Book: 17
The order to read the books is optional.
Also um was geht’s bei der Challenge?
Für jeden der Buchstaben des Wortes „2012“ sollte ein Gegenstand auf einem Cover gefunden werden. Bücher können von jedem Genre gelesen werden. Jedoch kann nur 1 Cover für 1 Buchstaben hergenommen werden. Bücher, die für andere Challenges gelesen werden, können natürlich auch verwendet werden. Zeitraum: 01.01.2012 – 31.12.2012; Bücher: 17
(Für englische Cover könnt ihr auch englische Wörter nehmen, ist aber frei wählbar.) Außerdem ist die Lesereihenfolge auch optional.

I’m in English – Challenge 2012
I’m already participating at one English Challenge, but the challenge just runs for 6 months but I also want a Challenge over a whole year and therefore now I’ve found the ‘I’m in English’Reloaded Challenge hosted by Nina from Libromanie. There I’ve to read one English book a month which means 12 books from 01.01.2012 till 31.12.2012. See you guys and I hope you’re as much amused as I’m! 🙂
Ich nehme zwar schon an einer englisch Challenge teil, aber diese läuft nur für 6 Monate aber ich hätte gerne eine Challenge die das ganze Jahr dauert und deshalb habe ich nun die ‚I’m in English‘ Reloaded Challenge gefunden, hosted by Nina von Libromanie. Let’s Read it in English – Challenge 2012
I’ve searched for a Challenge where I’ve to read my books in English, because I often read them in English anyway, but with a Challenge it gets a little more exciting and I also can share my experience and progress with others. Therefore I’ve joined the ‚Let’s Read it in English‘ Challenge hosted by BooksandSenses and together we all have to read 10 English books from 18.12.2011 till 18.07.2012.
I have high expectations and I hope it won’t be a problem! Though, it would be nice if you could wish me luck! 🙂
Ich habe nach einer Challenge gesucht bei der ich englische Bücher lesen muss, weil ich sowieso oft die originalen englischen Bücher verwende, aber ich wollte eine Challegen dazu machen weil es somit für mich auch ein wenig spannender wird und ich gleichzeitig meine Erfahrung und meinen Fortschritt mit anderen teilen kann. Deshalb bin ich der ‚Let’s read it in English‘ Challenge von BooksandSense beigetreten, bei der man 10 englische Bücher vom 18.12.2011 bis 18.07.2012 lesen muss. Ich habe hohe Erwartungen und ich hoffe doch, dass ich die Challenge in dem halben Jahr leicht schaffen werde! Obwohl, es wäre trotzdem nett wenn ihr mir dazu Glück wünschen würdet! 🙂

As I already told you in further posts on my blog I’ve made up this 2012 challenge in which I want to review books, which are already made into a movie, and I also want to review the movie to the book. In the time from 01. January 2012 till 31. December 2012 I’ve to read/ watch the fitting books/ movies to the 12 different categories. LORD OF THE RINGS- The Fellowship of the Ring – in my opinion the movie is more popular than the book. Though some know that there is a book to the movie, but in comparison the the crowd which watched the movies, there is only a smaller group of those, who have read the books. I’ve already watched the movies (countless times), but never read the books so far.
LORD OF THE RINGS- The Fellowship of the Ring – der Film ist meiner Meinung nach vielen Menschen bekannter als das Buch. Einige wissen zwar, dass es ein Buch dazu gibt, aber im Vergleich zu den Maßen, welche die Filme gesehen haben, hat nur ein kleiner Teil die Bücher gelesesn. Ich habe den Film zwar schon gesehen, das Buch aber noch nicht gelesen.

The goal for this challenge is to read a book/ watch a movie in each of the 12 categories, which are further down, during the year of 2012 (01.01.2012 – 31.12.2012) + 1 bonus category, if someone can’t find a book in one of the 12 categories.
Ziel dieser Challenge ist es ein Buch/ Film in allen 12 Kategorien zu lesen/ sehen, welche unten angegeben sind, innerhalb des gesamten Jahres 2012 (01.01.2012 – 31.12.2012) + 1 Bonuskategorie, falls jemanden eine Kategorie zu schwierig vorkommt.
This means: 12 books + movies in 12 months, as a result 1 book/ 1 movie per month. (Book can be read/ movie can already been watched – but just one of each)
Das bedeutet: 12 Bücher +Filme in 12 Monaten, somit 1 Buch/ Film pro Monat. (Buch kann bereits gelesen / Film schon gesehen worden sein- aber nur eines davon)

I’ve already often thought about it to read also older books, which were already made into movies and then to write a review about the book, and also about the movie with a little comparision between the book and the movie. But till now I haven’t got the time or the will to do so and therefore I’ve thought this would be a great idea for a challenge!
The goal for this challenge is to read a book/ watch a movie in each of the 12 categories, which are further down, during the year of 2012 (01.01.2012 – 31.12.2012) + 1 bonus category, if someone can’t find a book in on of the 12 categories.
Which means: 12 books + movie in 12 months, therefore 1 book/ 1 movie per month.
(Book can be read/ movie can already been watched – but just one of each)
I think this isn’t too hard and we’ll be able to accomplish this challenge, even though we have to write 2 reviews a month (one for the book and one for the movie). I really hope that I’ll make it and that many many other book/move lovers will join me in this challenge. 🙂
Blog Bonus:
For all bloggers who wants to join, read this info: On the 22th of november I’ll post, before the challenge will begin, the MAIN POST in which everything will be decripte again with all categories and infos and there I’ll also be a list of everyone who is participating and I’ll also write the books which each of them will read in which categorie + the link to their blog (later it will link directly to the review)
Furthermore every participator has to post, on every review which is made for this challenge or on the sidebar of the blog, the ‘Book 2 Movie’ Button which should be linked back to the MAIN POST on my blog (which I mentioned will be posted on 25th of december). So everyone link to me and then everyone can go from there to all the reviews of all participators.
Therefore it is very important that every one of you who wants to join, write an e-mail to me in which you will tell me which book you want to read in which category and also you blog adress to: martina.bookaholic@gmx.net

8. … where the story is about love and where you’ll probably cry OR where the story is about blood, murder and horrific killers.
9. … which is focused on a social critic topic (misogyny, rassismn, abortion, abuse, cruelty,…)
10. … where the story is playing at least 100 years ago.
11. … where the story is playing in the futur OR where the story is playing in Asia or Africa
12. … where the movie to the book is coming to the cinemas 2012
(+ 13 bonus category: … where you’ve already watched the movie, but never read the book) – for all who have a problem to find a book/movie in one of this categories.

‚Book2Movie‘ Challenge 2012
Schon oft ist mir der Gedanke gekommen auch mal ältere Bücher zu lesen, welche bereits verfilmt wurden und dazu dann eine Rezension zu schreiben zum Buch, sowie zu dem Film mit kleinem Vergleich was mir besser gefallen hat, Buch oder Film und eine kurze Erläuterung dazu. Leider habe ich aber bis jetzt nie wirklich die Zeit gefunden oder mir genommen und daher habe ich mir gedacht, dass wäre eine gute Challenge für mich, und vielleicht auch für andere, um endlich damit zu starten!
Ziel dieser Challenge ist es ein Buch/ Film in allen 12 Kategorien zu lesen/ sehen, welche unten angegeben sind, innerhalb des gesamten Jahres 2012 (01.01.2012 – 31.12.2012) + 1 Bonuskategorie, falls jemanden eine Kategorie zu schwierig vorkommt.
Das bedeutet: 12 Bücher +Film in 12 Monaten, somit 1 Buch/ Film pro Monat
(Buch kann bereits gelesen / Film schon gesehen worden sein- aber nur eines davon)
Dürfte meiner Meinung nach zu schaffen sein, auch wenn jedesmal 2 Rezensionen anstehen; einmal für das Buch und dann für den Film. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass ich es schaffe und am Ball bleibe und endlich Bücher abbauen kann, die ich mir schon lange vorgenommen habe und bei mir herum stehen.
Blog Bonus:
Für alle Blogger unter euch, hier eine kleine Info: Ich werde am 25.11.2011, kurz bevor die Challenge beginnt, einen MAIN POST gestalten, in der nochmal alles genau beschrieben wird mit Kategorien, Info usw. und dort wird dann auch aufgelistet wer mitmacht und es wird auch zu jeder Kategorie die Bücherwahl jedes einzelnen Teilnehmers stehen mit entsprechenden Link zu seiner Homepage, bzw. später sobald auch Rezensionen geschrieben wurden, Links zu den entsprechenden Rezis.
Dafür sollte aber jeder Teilnehmer auch den Button der ‚Book2Movie‘ Challenge, entweder auf seine Sidebar oder bei jeder einzelnen Rezension zu dieser Challenge geben, und zurück auf den MAIN POST auf meinem Blog verlinken (damit von dort aus auch alle anderen wieder zu sehen sind, welche daran teilnehmen). Somit haben wir genügend Querlinks und jeder kann von einem zum anderen gelangen.
Deshalb ist es wichtig für alle die teilnehmen wollen, sich schon jetzt die Bücher zu den Kategorien auszuwählen und mir dann eine Liste per Mail zu schicken (bitte bis 20.12.2011), welche Bücher ihr wo lesen werdet + eure Blog Adresse, an: martina.bookaholic@gmx.net

4. … wo dein/e Lieblingsschauspieler/in im Film mitspielt
5. … zu einem Buchklassiker, der nach 1990 verfilmt wurde

7. … von einem Autor, der aus deinem Heimatland kommt (für englischsprachige: von einem Autor, der nicht aus einem englischsprachigen Land kommt)
8. … … in dem es entweder um eine herzzerreißende Liebe geht und welche auf die Tränendrüse drückt ODER in dem Mord und Totschlag, Blut und Gemetzel herrscht
9. … das sich mit einem sozialkritischen Thema befasst (Frauenfeindlichkeit, Rassismus, Abtreibung, Gewalt, Misshandlung,…)
10. … zu einer Geschichte, welche mindestens 100 Jahre in der Vergangenheit spielt
11. … zu einer Geschichte, die entweder in der Zukunft ODER bei dem die Handlung in Asien oder Afrika spielt
12. … wo der Film 2012 ins Kino kommt.
(+ 13 Bonuskategorie: … von dem du den Film schon gesehen, die Romanvorlage aber noch nie gelesen hast) – für alle die zu einer Kategorie kein Buch/Film finden.
