*S: Vampire Diaries – Ep. 15 + 16 + 17

Da ich überraschenderweise ein großer Fan von ‚Vampire Diaries‘ bin, möchte ich der Serie auch hier auf meinen Blog einen Tribut zollen und meiner Meinung nach die besten Lieder des Soundtracks posten. Das diese Serien einen so großen Erfolg feiert und so beliebt in Amerika, wie auch hier in Deutschland und Österreich ist, liegt aber nicht nur an der schauspielerischen Darstellung, den authentisch wirkenden Sets und an der mitreißenden, turbulenten Handlung, sondern vor allem auch am Soundtrack, der die passende mystische und geheimnisvolle intensive Stimmung vermittelt. Ich werde hier immer nur die jeweiligen Songs posten, die mir in der entsprechenden Serie am besten gefallen haben – daher alle nur nach meinem Geschmack! Frohes Lauschen 🙂

I think the reason why it is so famous in America and as well in Germany and Austria, is because of the great acting, the authentic sets and the stirring and tumultuous plot and of course because of this great soundtrack, which mediates the fitting mystic and mysterious atmosphere. *M: Nihils

Habe diese Band vorher selber nicht gekannt, aber sie ist mir sofort aufgefallen, als sie bei ‚Die große Chance‘ im ORF aufgetreten ist und ich habe seither einen riesigen Ohrwurm von dieser Band namens NIHILS aus dem Tiroler Lande mit dem Song ‚Set my Sail‘. Und ich muss zugeben, je öfter ich es höre, desto besser gefällt er mir. Die Band selber hat ihn als ‚Indy Pop Song‘ klassifiziert und bei aller Scham muss ich gestehen, dass sich meine musikalischen Interessen bisher nicht bis dort hin ausgebreitet haben – aber mit diesem Song und mit dieser Band wird sich das auf alle Fälle für mich nun ändern. Es ist wirklich leicht, poppig aber doch anders und wenn man es einmal komplett gehört hat, muss man ständig ‚wohooho‘ singen (ich zumindest tue es seitdem).

Weil es zur Zeit wieder so schön geworden ist und die Sonne ohne Pause vom Himmel lacht, habe ich mir gedacht, es wäre doch nett ein passendes Lied dazu zu haben, das ebenfalls Urlaubsfeeling verbreitet.
